AETERNUS Name New Album

AETERNUS mainman Ares has posted the following message on the band's official web site:

"Yes, well, this is not something huge really... Considering the fact that we are basically into making new songs and so forth and nothing else I guess we should share whatever we do within our work, making songs for our 6th album yes?!
V'gandr has written the first lyrics for the next album entitled: 'Revolution 9'.

"Great news eh? Well, it's something...isn't it? ...So this means that within some weeks there will be a song called just that. From what he told me it's about radical issues and it contains quite sinister words spoken from a damn evil persons view and so forth. Great for AETERNUS of course: Darkness...as always!

"So raise your glass for V'gandr, he beat me to write the first lyrics/words for the next album. Damn!"

As previously reported, AETERNUS are scheduled to enter Grieghallen Studios in June to begin recording their new album, tentatively due in late 2004 through Nocturnal Art Productions. The follow-up to last year's "A Darker Monument" will once again be produced by Pytten, who has previously worked with ENSLAVED and MÖRK GRYNING, among others.
